What is your return policy?

We happily accept returns/exchanges within 30 days.

Products must be unworn and unwashed with all tags still attached

We only offer refunds onto the original payment method used to make the order.

Fitness looks different on everyone and we want members of our tribe to feel/look their best.

Exchanges can only be requested for the same item in alternate sizes.

If your exchange cannot be completed due to unavailable stock or a different item is requested, a refund will be issued.

Items must be unwashed and not put through a dryer.

Items with excessive wrinkling are subject to denial.

Items covered in animal/human hair are subject to denial.

Items with strong odors or smells like smoke, cologne, detergent, etc., will not be accepted.

Items with markings or other stains (such as deodorant) will not be accepted.

At this time, we do not cover the cost of return shipping.

If your return is denied, we will notify you via email.
How do I become a sponsored Matin Tribe athlete?
We operate on a fixed collaboration budget month to month which means we only take on a small number of new up-and-coming influencers. If you desire to be considered for our collaboration program, please tag @matintribe in any images you post wearing Matin Tribe. We regularly scout Instagram posts with @matintribe tags for new talent. You can also apply to our influencer application here.
